Mambu Marketplace

Mambu Marketplace

(soft music) – Marketplace is very important
component in the overall API-Driven and Composable
Architecture ecosystem. Marketplace helps financial institutions to find potential partners
that would contribute to their innovative
solution as well as partners to expose what capabilities they have to the broad and wide range
of customers and prospects that Mambu works with. (soft music) So we consider Marketplace
similar to the Upstore of the Smart Force. Basically, the role Upstore
plays in the smartphone ecosystem is to provide
availability of the applications to the end users, same way
as Marketplace provides availability of certain
functionalities and capabilities of the third parties to
financial institutions. (soft music) In today’s world, every day
we see innovation happening in pretty much every area of banking and not only banking, right? So we see new players
coming into the space of QAC, into the space of
airmail, into the space of payments, so and so forth. If there wouldn’t be any
place where you can just come and find relevant,
innovative, best of breed partners you would have to search
for them yourself. That’s highly inconvenient. You have to validate risks yourself. You have to do due diligence
on each and every partner. Whilst having Marketplace
allows financial institutions to focusing on building
the solution itself. (soft music) So we have a comprehensive
checklist that helps us to validate whenever a partner complies to our standards from
a technology standpoint as well as from the cultural
and company standpoint. Developer experience is also a key factor. How easy it is actually
to onboard the partner and integrate the partner
into the overall solution of the financial institution. (soft music) Partners obviously want
to have a better exposure of their capabilities and their services to their potential prospects. That’s why participating
in the Marketplace will help them to be exposed directly to all Mambu current customers
as well as future prospects. (soft music) Yes, obviously this is just a start. 20 partners, it’s just a beginning. We’ll obviously grow that. We don’t have any specific target. We just want to make sure
that financial institutions can find one or two options for each area of the solutions that they’re building. (soft music)
