  6. Hi, how i got customers: printed home made flyers & went to the rich area in my city and started delivering the flyers in the area homes etc (i respected the Non soliciting signs).
I did this for about 4 days and I started getting calls from these houses and through one i get 2 more and so on. Just be your self and be polite and dress well when delivering the flyers because people will judge right there and then. I hope this helps. if you need any more info, please contact me. All the best.

  7. Would you mind sharing with us where someone wanting to start a cleaning business could find clients? Thanks for the video. 🙂

  8. laurajdahl, one effective and affordable ways is networking. Many cities, for example, have business networking groups like the BNI which meet regularly for breakfast or lunch but more importantly to share qualified leads with other members in the group. These groups generally try to only have one business person for each type of business represented such as cleaning, insurance, office equipment etc. Leads coming from personal referral can be very effective. Hope that helps, Clean Guru LLC

  10. You might have mentioned this in the video, but maybe I didn't understand. My question is, how do I go about getting new clients? Meaning, if I were to walk to and office, who would I talk to to discuss our company?

  14. HI i have a question. I am a new business and just started my Cleaning business and got my first month to month cleaning contract. Its only 2 days a month so I was wondering should I charge tax's?

  15. I live on the border. I have a really hard time bidding against Mexicans that live across the border where five u.s dollars is a lot of money to them. I’m a Mexican myself living on the u.s side where the cost of living is way more. How do I compete? It takes me five months to get a new bid. I want to have employees with more then likely be them. But I don’t have enough contracts to have employees. We currently have have five accounts that net us about 50 k a year gross. But just lost one to them. How do I get the word out? We have millions of warehouses, since they import to and from Mexico.

  16. I am wanting to know what a cleaning business is categorized as in AZ. I have the paper work I am completing and the options are very limited.
