My name is Steve Goff, I am the broker owner of Ceda Realty. The concept for Ceda Realty actually came to me out of frustration of the industry. I literally woke up one morning and just decided I am not getting any younger and I’m tired of mediocrity. Ceda Realty is very different primarily because of the way that they approach the customer and to make them our clients. We think differently. One of the things I like about Ceda that sets them apart and one of the reason I choose them is their use of technology in our everyday job. Ceda Realty is actually a new concept in selling real estates, not just a company. We are about preparing agents, fully preparing them with their iPads with all the presentations, and the tools they need to to complete a transaction. The great thing is you can actually make a presentation anywhere. I’ve actually made presentations in an elevator where someone’s asked me, hey you are a Realtor? Yes. Great. Well tell me a little bit about what’s going on and you can basically take your iPad out, pull up their presentation and actually highlight a few of the things that are very important to them. Well Ceda is a new brand, and we are establishing this new concept and branding it. So it’s very important that we have consistency in our brand identification. We were using a local printer to print our business cards and we were frustrated because they always came out different. They always looked different. My Marketing Director went crazy over this, because the colors were different. They couldn’t even maintain the same color for business cards and that’s when my Graphic Designer, my Marketing Director said, we ought to try a company called Print Place. He said, I printed things by them before and I think you will have a different experience. I went online ordered business cards that came out exactly as our art work was. Every agent we have, all the business cards that they have, all go through Print Place. I have never been disappointed, we have a 100% track record with Print Place. I love my business cards. You know when I first came on-board two years ago, I thought like it was one of the most important things to educate anyone that I came in contact with. I am new to the industry. I need to make sure that I told the story and that story look clean and precise, and so you know the image of course and the quality of the cards is extremely important because people are going to judge you based on your service, based on the quality that we are using. More than that, the dependability, when I place a business card order in Print Place I can tell that new agent exactly the day those cards will be in the office. They’ve never missed, not even by one day. But you I like how quickly I can get them, I run through a ton of cards, my business fortunately for me has been growing. So I know that I will continue to order more and more and the great thing for me is I know that I can get them right away. I think that even though we’re so tech-savvy at Ceda I think we still get justification through your print media. I think it’s kind of almost like having a brick and mortar. It’s not just an online presence. it’s still something that’s tangible. The way I look like technology and everything, we have to start somewhere. I mean we can’t forget what got us here, and what got us here is print. Print is what gets the attention, technology gets them down the road. You know so to me it’s like we still have to send a message. These we still need. It’s the question, what do we do with them when we have them. Well the iPad replaces a lot of things for Realtor. When it comes to physically needing a laptop and a printer and physically signing things. The iPad cannot be a business card that you leave to somebody or a flyer for a house that you leave for somebody, or flyers that you put out in different places for branding. So there’s a need for print even in our world today impact, I don’t see that ever going away.
