TAKE A DEEP BREATH

I’ve just discovered a great meditation app! It’s called CALM and have a lot of different programmes for meditation, mindfulness and better sleep. It’s free to download the app, and the first session of every course is free – but after that you have to pay. I still think that this app is so worth it. I didn’t even notice how stressed I was or how fast my heart was beating until I sat down with CALM and was asked to take a deep breath.

PUST DYPT INN

Jeg har akkurat kommet over en veldig god meditasjons app, som jeg kan anbefale. Den heter CALM og har mange forskjellige programmer. Det er gratis å laste ned appne. Den første timen i hvert kurs er gratis, men hvis du vil ha mer enn det så koster det. Vil allikevel si at denne appen er så verd det. Selv har jeg løpt rundt og vært ganske så stresset i det siste, faktisk så stresset at jeg ikke visste hvor hardt hjertet dundret før jeg satt meg ned med CALM og ble bedt om å ta et dypt pust.
