Isabell’s Chocolate Fondant

THE SECRET INGREDIENT IS ALWAYS CHOCOLATE

Isabell taught me how to make chocolate fondant the other day. We’re both crazy about chocolate, it’s a family weakness, and these cakes taste so good that I just have to share the recipe with you guys – and as my mum says: “It’s got four eggs in it and eggs are healthy…”

You need:  4 eggs, 85 grams of flour, 125 grams of sugar, 150 grams cocoa, 125 grams of butter, vanilla ice cream.

You do: 1. Set the oven to 200 degrees 2. Melt the butter 3. Blend the butter with the sugar 4. Add the cocoa – carefully 5. Add flour 6. Add one egg at a time 7. Prepare the muffin forms (you’ll get 5-6 fondants) 8. Heat for 6-7 minutes. 9. Serve with ice cream. 10. Eat

OG DEN HEMMELIGE INGREDIENSEN ER…SJOKOLADE. 

Isabell lærte meg å lage sjokoladefondant her om dagen. Vi er like glad i sjokolade begge to, det ligger i familien, og disse smaker rett og slett så himmelsk at jeg bestemte meg ganske kjapt for å dele dem med dere her på bloggen – og som mamma sier: “Det er fire egg i og egg er sunt…”

Du trenger: 4 egg, 85 gram mel, 125 gram sukker, 150 gram bakekakao, 125 gram margarin, vaniljeis.

Sånn gjør du: 1. Sett ovnen på 200 grader 2. Smelt smør 3. Rør smøret sammen med sukkeret 4. Rør kakaoen forsiktig i 5. Tilsett mel 6. Rør inn ett og ett egg om gangen 7. Smør muffinsformen med smør og hell røren i (det blir ca 5-6 stk.)  8. Stek i 6-7 minutter 9. Server med is 10. Spis.
