I find it very hard not to think. Especially when I try to meditate, because then I think really hard about the fact that I shouldn’t think and then I think about how bad I am at meditating. But I’ve found this app called Headspace. Andy guides you through a ten day course where you learn how to meditate. Each session is only ten minutes and Andy says it’s only natural that I think. “If you could stop thinking you wouldn’t need to learn how to meditate.” You can read more about his practise tips on help.headspace.com.

Jeg synes det er veldig vanskelig å ikke tenke. Spesielt når jeg prøver å meditere, for da tenker jeg ekstra hardt på at jeg ikke burde tenke og at jeg er veldig dårlig til å meditere. Men jeg har funnet en app som heter Headspace. Andy guider deg gjennom et ti dagers kurs hvor du rett og slett lærer å meditere. Hver treningsøkt varer bare i ti minutter og Andy sier at det er ok at jeg tenker. “Hvis du kunne stoppe med å tenke så ville du ikke trenge å lære å meditere.” Du kan lese mere om Andy’s meditasjonstips på help.headspace.com
